Mark Minors

After a stint as a project manager in the telecommunications sector, Mark turned his hand to film-making and enrolled on the degree course in Digital Film-Making at SAE Institute, London, quickly producing projects outside of the course. After a period shooting low budget music videos and corporate promos as Producer/Director, Mark earned an opportunity to partner with Sapphires Model Management to create this short narrative film.

Alongside, Mark continues to hone his skills through jobs for clients such as Tom Lewis and Wall Of Sound, whilst also working as AD on Magic Mask Pictures latest feature, and interning for MondoTV as a self-shooter.

Mark’s film-making influences are wide and varied, although he has a particular soft-spot for complex story-telling, including the works of Shane Carruth and Charlie Kaufman.  In 2014, Mark founded markminors.co.uk, to produce self-shooter promos. Mark is currently developing a film adaptation of the stage play 4:48 Psychosis, with actor and writer Beth Frances.
